CDA DIABETES EXPO

Join the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) as it kicks off the first of five national Expos in Surrey, B.C. This free event, held at the Bell Performing Arts Centre from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., will be headlined by Canadian health icons Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod. With inspiring speakers, informative seminars and a trade show portion, this event aims to leave people living with or affected by diabetes feeling motivated to make healthy changes in their lives.

 

The Surrey Expo will also feature Tammy Moyer of 1130 News as emcee and Dr. Tavis Campbell, clinical psychologist, from the University of Calgary. Dr. Campbell will be speaking about diabetes and mental health. There will also be an “Ask the Expert” session, where attendees can find answers to their diabetes-related questions.

 

While the Expo is free, space is limited and pre-registration is required.
